A comfortable tube style dress with vintage printed cotton and black tubing.  The black top is very stretchy and comfy.  The bottom is semi sheer vintage cotton with a large plaid pattern.  This dress would look great layered over thick tights, another skirt or even just a slip.   The top of the dress is 30 in. around the top and about 26 in. around the waist plus the tubing top is very stretchy.   The bottom hem of the dress is 57 in. around and the length of the dress is 32-1/2 in.   This dress comes with a unique yet simple brown vinyl belt that you can use with many other outfits.  The belt is very long measuring 50-1/2 in. and has a lot of sizing holes so that this belt will work on the waist or hips.  The size of the belt ranges from 29 – 44 in.  The belt is 2 in wide 1/8 in. thick vinyl and has an extra wide slide measuring 3-3/4 in. wide.  The belt buckle is antique brass-tone 2-3/4 in. square.   The belt has a brown canvas backing and is completely trimmed out with a 1/2 in. cotton trim to give it a very finished look.
